Depends on the day, but I either listen to books on tape or music…. Lately I’ve been playing a lot of Jennifer Lopez, Shakira and Janet Jackson…. Songs that make me feel like dancing are the best! Also really enjoy internet radio (fav. at the moment Pandora) which can be run through your ipod, iphone or blackberry. Perfect when I am tired of my own tracks and play lists!!

Music makes me train harder and run longer and faster! I love all the sexy songs by Justin Timberlake and although I could be his mama, I work out and imagine he is singing those songs to me!

Right now my favorite old school toon is "baby got back" not only does it get me giggling but makes me realized I''m trying to work on the booty! I just picked up the glutes mag and I'm determined to get a firmer tushie!

I love listening to music while I workout. I puts me in the zone and I can get pumped up. I maily listen to rap and hip hop while I workout but sometimes I listen to hard rock too, especially if I have had a stressful day. My favorite song at the moment is "All I do is win" by DJ Khaled and T-Pain.

I have separate playlists for running or speed walking...my favs right now are Sweet Emotion by Aerosmith and It's Raining Men by The Weather Girls (it's hilarious!)!!! I have an eclectic mix of music for sure!

I do have my ipod fully loaded but haven't gotten as far as making up playlists yet.... it's on my "to do list". Regardless I've always got the music going when I workout.
