I make a batch of Oatmeal Protein Bars each week and wrap them up in plastic and they are ready to go. They contain all the ingredients fo a complete breakfast. In the mornings, I just grab one and go.

I have all our bags packed and any school work put away before bed. I have my older daughter (7) pack her lunch which has been prepared that morning, while I am gettting breakfast organized . Coffee is done the night before and on an automatic timer. My husband lunches are all frozen each week (left overs from dinners usually) and ready to hit his lunch bag.
