I want to get started and tired of making excusses. I lost 40lbs about 6 years ago on low carb. I gained it all back plus more and I am depressed and ashamed to be seen! I have the eat clean book, need to find it and find where to get started.

On October 12th I weighed 203 pounds and my blood pressure was 120/80, I'm 45 and 5'6". I was introduced to Tosca Reno and Eating Clean when I picked up my first issue of Oxygen this month. Today, October 30th, I weigh 195 pound my blood pressure is 100/68. I've been enjoying steel cut oat with honey every morning, fruit, nuts or natural peanut butter between meals and Eating Clean. I've cut out sweet tea, soda and all but one cup of coffee a day; I'm back to drinking water like I did prior to gaining all this weight. I have so much energy, my husband loves it! I'm reading my first book by Tosca, "Your Best Body Now" and I love it, I can't read it fast enough!

I only started 10 days ago, I've already lost 7lbs... I don't feel I need to set hard & fast goals this time, I consider this a lifestyle change and I'm absolutely loving it... I feel healthy inside & out, I just know this lifestyle change is going to result in a fitter, healthier mind & body, that's all the incentive I need :)

I began my 12 week challenge 6 days ago and YES! I have met my goals for the week! This challenge is taking me to the third week of January and straight through some major food holidays. I have several goals to achieve and lots of rewards along the way...
