My worst time is the afternoon when I'm home from school btw M4 and M5. I get bored and always want to much. Lately I have been chugging water or brewing tea to get past it.

The evenings when I get home and I am fixing dinner is my worst time for caving. Its best if the candy and junk is not in the house but did find I have some success if I start munching on veggies.

Before bed, I am always craving snacks. I try having my lemon water or a tea to stop the cravings

The worst time of day for me is really just a day or two during the week that I typically have some PMS symptoms. Most days, I don't really struggle with cravings. On the occasions that I want something like ice cream or chocolate, I have a little bit and enjoy it thoroughly. That keeps me from feeling deprived the rest of the time, so it is rarely an issue. I know that doesn't work for everyone, but it works fine for me.
