Set three new goals to achieve by the end of October. What is your plan to achieve them?

1. lose 2lbs to get down to my first goal weight;
2. increase the weight I am lifting;
3. get to the gym more often.

I will achieve these goals by making time in my schedule for me!

1. Lose 6-7 pounds by eating clean and exercising
2. Do 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week plus weight training
3. Continue to not drink alcohol for the month of October.

1. Lose 5 lbs. We are going to Mexico in the beginning of November and I want to look good in a bikini!

2. Watch my wine intake during the week (there is just something about chilly fall weather and red wine)!

3. Doing one long run outside per week (10-14 miles).

2. Iwill exercise 6 time a week for 20minutes.
3.bring my food to work and eat it instead of going to the cafe.

1. Eat clean when traveling.
2. Share the Clean Eating lifestyle with others.
3. Fit into a special outfit by the end of the month.

I will reach these goals by daily clean eating, prayer, dedication and giving thanks to those who help and support me.

1. Do not eat sugar, you see I have a problem with ice cream.

2. Walk at least 5 days a week for 60 minutes.

3. I'm a newbe to eatclean , so I will read the eat-clean diet over and over as
many times as it takes until I know I'm eating clean and only clean.

1. Eat a healthy breakfast EVERY morning
2. Work out: cardio and weight regularly (stay on schedule)
3. GET the JUNK out! (food, relationships, clutter, etc.)

3. Do plank exercise for 1 full minute

Plan for a spring half marathon, meditate daily and do hot yoga once a week. I plan to achieve them by being accountable to my workout partners - a group of great women on the same path as me, a wonderful husband and by scheduling time in my day to meditate!
