I love oatmeal! I eat it at least 5 times a week. I start with the oats and add ground flax, cinnamin, and nutmeg. Depending on my mood I add chopped apples, banana, frozen berries, a half handful of raisins, pears, peaches, applesauce - you name it I have thrown it in my oatmeal. It is so versitile, no matter what your tastes are you can make an oatmeal you will love.

1/2 banana, cinnamon, 4 egg whites and some other type of berry. Or maybe a little bit of apple. I just started adding the egg whites and making a pancake/omelet. It's good!!

I eat oatmeal at least 5 days a week for breakfast. I add walnuts, 1/2 banana, wheat germ, flax and top with fresh blueberries.

Looking at all your ideas I think tomorrow I may change mine up a bit!

I mix it up every now and then but right now my favorite combo is 1/2 c oats w/ 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop chia seeds, 2 tbsp flax, 1/2 ounce chopped walnuts. Its very tasty and it has a good texture too!

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats cooked with 1 cup water, sprinkled with cinnamon, then add 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter and cook for 1 more minute. In meantime, mix 1 scoop chocolate protein powder in 1/2 cup water. When oatmeal is done cooking, add protein mixture to oatmeal and top with fresh strawberries!

Yum! Tastes like peanut butter and jelly oatmeal!

Something different in my oatmeal almost everyday, depending on my mood.
My day feels incomplete without it.
The odd day I'll have some clean pancakes or multigrain waffles if I make them for the kids.

Chia seeds! They have a ton more good stuff in them than flax seeds do. I also add a scoop of whey powder and 1/4 cup of walnuts. Top it off with some low fat milk, and yum!
