My goal is to lighten up (and not just on the scale).

Like most of us, I tend to be too hard on myself. This month I plan to follow my clean eating plan, workout 5 times a week and remember to stop and enjoy myself. If I fall off of my plan, I will step right back up. I will make a conscious effort to shed my stress and self deprecating thoughts. For me, this month is about adopting positive lifestyle habits and worrying less about the number on the scale.

To become a Fitness Instructor at the gym I go to!

I sent all the proper paperwork off to CanFitPro (I had become certified through another orgainization) and as soon as I officially become a member I'll approach the gym owner and away I go!

Woo!

My goal for February is like ever month of the year,to maintain my weight and good health. Eating clean everyday has definitely paid off. I plan on doing this the rest of my life. A friend gave me the tools and I have stuck to it for 10 years. I am going on 60 years old,and I am in better shape now than in my 20's and 30's. Here's to a life style change, it will pay off for you too...Try it!!

My goals for february are a continuation of my intentions for the new year.
"I radiate vibrant health" I am achieving this by being committed to my 5x a week exercise routine (including 3 days of heavy weight lifting!). I am also committed to eating clean and have given up alcohol for 3 months. I also have reduced my intake of sugars except for fruit. I also want to help others reach their health goals.

My goals for February are to get to the gym more!!! Due to a knee injury I've only been going three days a week, this month I am upping it to five or six days a week! My other goal is to sneak more clean meals to the hubby - he's been complaining about his tummy but has been turning up his nose to anything clean - gonna turn his favorites clean without telling him!! I hope!!! lol

My goals this February are to begin highland dancing again after a 5 year hiatus, do more yoga and drink less! I've been having a few too many glasses of wine.

Last year I "perfected" the arts of dieting and exercise to the extent that I lost way too much body fat, and have ended up in successive overuse injuries and faced various other medical issues. For February, my goal is to learn the art of moderation and ways to maintain a more balanced lifestyle that reinserts both health and happiness into my routine.
