I focus on seasonal produce and what's on sale. I love to try new things, too, and am always on the lookout for recipes I can clean up and present to my family.

I am constantly looking for new recipes, and I really enjoy taking comfort food and tweaking recipes to make them clean and healthy.

Starting today...after reading through recipe ideas on this website, I am excited about writing a grocery list before heading out to the store. Plan to purchase enough for the busy 4 day work week, greater variety and small quantities of each item. Cheers!

I recently purchased the EAT clean diet Book.. It is a great book with fantastic ideas. My goal is to increase the amount of Antioxidants I consume in a day. Currently I have a protein shake that offers 56000 Antioxidants, in the morning...

My goal is to lose 25lbs in 12 weeks.... I can do it!!

i try at least one new recipe a week and one new food a week. i am learning to trust my taste buds and try some new combinations of foods without always relying on recipes...I also like to focus on a recipe and make it several times taking notes on what i think would "tweek" it and make it taste a bit better. And i always read read read about nutrition and foods to keep it fresh in my mind, it helps that i have a natural interest of course.
