Going up and down the basement steps, which has 14 of them. I try to do 5 minutes at a time and by then I'm exhausted!

Step aerobics I don't know why.. maybe because prior to losing weight I could barely make it up the two flights to my apt.. so perhaps it's empowering lol :)

haven't tried too much yet but I love being outdoors and walk/jogging. thinking ballroom or karate will be my next attempt..

Jump rope! Really gets your heart going in a short amount of time! Plus I can do it in the backyard with the kids!

Playing Lacrosse! but inside the gym right now its all Interval training on the treadmill. Love spinning and the stairs as well! Anything that will get me sweating :)

I like the elliptical, preferably while watching Southland or another exciting TV show that keeps me moving!
