Yes! I just finished my first week and talked my mom into it. I took her to the health food store today and introduced her to agave nectar, kefir and quinoa. We're both vegetarian. I feel AMAZING, I have so much more energy and my mood is so much more stable. I never thought I could go a day without chocolate or soda, but I've now done 7 full days. Thank you Tosca! YOU RULE!!!

I have a lot of people through facebook and work who ask me how i have lost my weight and got into shape and i always tell them its the combo of eating clean and exercise. So far i have had 3 or 4 friends sign up for a clean eating program i am following. Its been great having friends come on board with it.

I tell anyone who will listen!!! :0) I often get asked what I do to lose weight (just had my first baby) and stay fit - I ALWAYS tell them they need to read this book to make all they need to know clear. The book just makes it seem so easy and makes you ask yourself, "Why didn't I figure this out myself??". LOVE IT!! LOVE YOU TOSCA! THANK YOU!!!! Oxygen rocks too!!!!!

I just started eating clean myself, I have been for two week now and lost 4 lbs and do feel more energized. But I'm still a sceptic since the first couple of puonds are always easiest.
