My husband is eating clean with me and really enjoys the healthy foods and helping me make meals and get groceries which is great. My adult sons who live away from home have been on a health kick for over a year (eating clean and working out) and were part of my inspiration to smarten up and get with the program. They are 29 & 26 and if they can do it so can I. Our youngest daughter (18) is going to school in BC and when we talked today she was all excited because she just bought groceries....chicken breast, fruit, veggies etc. and was planning her meals for the week. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious and makes me want to work harder. I am so proud of all of them for understanding the benefits and putting in the effort to eat healthy and I can't help but get excited with them. I am very fortunate!

I've been eating 100% clean for the last 2 months. Just by setting an example, having all of Tosca's books laying around, and basically only shopping and cooking clean, my family is also eating clean. I can't say it was without some dissension, teasing, and finally realizing how healthy it is for all of us. I've lost quite a bit of weight (not sure how much because I'm only weighing myself monthly) but have gone from a tight 12 to a loose 8. I also got my oldest son to workout. His weight fluctuates, he's at his heaviest now, but since seeing what working out and eating clean has done for his 50 yr old mom, I think he's become motivated. A few weeks ago I posted a story about my husband's challenge to me "If you could look like those "after" photos, I'll eat clean for the rest of my life" well, I'm happy to say that he is now eating clean!

My teen sons made a deal that they'd eat healthy for 3 years if I let them buy an xbox. My husband said he'd join me in eating clean for my blog if I stuck with it (making a clean meal every day for 365 Days of Clean Eating) and my daughters (ages 10 & 13) just want to be healthy regardless... so win win! We've been all eating clean since the first of the year! My husband has lost 20 pounds, and no one has been sick... except my 19 yo who eats like crap (outside of the house only!)

If if doesn't meet the eating clean lifestyle, i don't buy it... My son is 20 and if he wants juck food, he has to buy it himself and keep it away from the kitchen... same way with dinner - if he doesn't want to try what I made, he gets yoyo for dinner (yoyo=your on your own)

We practice what we preach! If he sees us eating clean then he'll want to too.
