I have been eating clean for over a year; few slip ups here and there; but have leaned out out and feel great. I would like to loose about 5 more pounds. with that being said, i get up early, chug a 25 ounces of water first thing in the morning, followed by a fat burner supplement and cup of coffee. I do 60 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach, followed by breakfast of a cup of cooked oatmeal, scoop of protein powder, and a banana or berries. I am then hungry every couple of hours all morning. Is it the cardio on an empty stomach? too much caffeine in the morning? any suggestions? I find myself reaching for a bowl of cereal (clean-but still more carbs then i want) any suggestions out there or is it all in my head? I work from home, so easy to grab snacks also. I look forward to hearing anyones feedback or suggestions

Could someone tell me what hummus is classified as? Protein or complex carb? Thank you. Since beginning Tosca's clean eating I have lost four pounds in three weeks and have tried so many others and this is the healthiest and easy for me. I love it.

When you were just starting out and learning how to eat clean for your body how did you manage to find the time? I assume you had a job, you had kids, maintain a house. I find I get so overwhelmed with the time it takes to organize my clean eating and exercising. How do I stay on track when I feel like I can't do everything?
