I like JLo's new single "On the floor" and Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" while I'm on the elliptical.

so I'm probably a little bit quirky when it comes to my preferred play list for running out doors. I like chill-to-upbeat acoustic tunes from artists like Fleetwood Mac.

On the quirky pop side, I love Jenny Owen Youngs' music. Especially "Last Person" and "Led to the Sea"

Sandstorm by Darude really gets me pumped for my cardio!

My iPod has a good mix of dance music from the late 80s and 90s and more recent hits. (I often download songs I enjoyed in my Zumba class) The one drawback? I'm not coordinated enough to listen to music while on the stairmill or treadmill - I want to dance and risk falling off!
