I have a Celebratory Breakfast with my big brother at the end of the summer! Him and i both have been really working out hard, and sticking to a clean diet. We've really been motivating each other and helping each other out. He's been my trainer, and I've been his nutritionist!

We are rewarding ourselves and going out to breakfast to indulge! To prepare Im really going to work out hard, amp up my cardio and be strict with my diet. When the day comes, I'm riding my bike to the restaurant & GUILTLESSLY ordering waffles smothered in berries!

I think its important to be able to indulge & reward yourself. Ive been clean eating since June 1, packing a cooler, following meal plans but sometimes you gotta live outside of your daily food log & remember you earned it!

I bring all my own clean foods. I pack a cooler for traveling with 1 serving size snacks in baggies and plenty of fruit and veggies as well. We usually go in our own camper so it is not hard to eat clean, only trouble I had was finding a safe place to pack my blender. As for exercising I always bring my mountain bike for long rides.

On holidays I plan ahead and eat cleanly leading up to them. Once there, I stick to foods that are clean and mostly-clean depending on who does the cooking/prep. My sister and sister-in-law are healthy eaters and usually bring clean eating-approved fare. Beyond that, I stay away from obvious diet-busting foods and don't agonize over the rest of the food.

I usually bring my own food, always letting my hostess know that I don't expect her to go out of her way to cook for me.

I go away to an all inclusive vacation at least once a year! I make sure I don't skip any meals and snacks by eating at the right times of the day. Also, when going to the dangerous buffets I just stick to the fresh fruits and yoghurt, grilled vegetables, leaner meats that are grilled and bring a few sealed snacks in my luggage that I can bring along with me such as trail mix or bars.
There are many healthy choices you can choose from on vacation as well as bad ones. Its up to you on how much you allow yourself to stay on track and keep your self occupied with activities that are more active. Go swimming, try aqua fit on the beach or in the pool, beach volleyball, games and much more.

We just went on vacation for a week. I was only 3 weeks into the Stripped plan, but was very motivated to not get off track. I brought my own groceries, showed my family how to cook some the items, and then told them that if they were eating something that was not part of my plan to please not be offended if I chose to eat something different. Because my family saw how much I was eating, they were not concerned about my "alternative" eating plan, and actually were very supportive. They even had a few takeaways on how to cook zucchini and asparagus to make it delicious and clean. It takes planning, but it is totally worth it.

I will be going to a cottage in a few weeks..always full of family and ofcourse tons of food and usually not the "good " stuff...lots of overeating etc...
I just bring all clean foods in our cooler and I cook 1 meal for everyone ,so I make it a clean one!!!!
I plan it out....but these days it is pretty easy to stick to EC when away...so many places are"on board" and aware of health concious people like the EC family!!!!

My birthday is in October. Not really a holiday, but I celebrate as much as possible (I call it my birthday week)! I've registered for a 5K trail run about two hours away from home, the day before I turn 46. Not only will I travel just a bit, but I'll wake up the morning of my birthday an athlete! I've never been able to use that word to describe myself, so I couldn't think of a better birthday present.
