I have found that working out during my lunch is the most efficient way to get my workout in during the day. I have kids to get to school early in the mornings and by 5:00 PM I'm spent! Blocking that time on my calendar and hitting a group exersice class or taking a quick run around my buildings is a great way to squeeze in some fitness!!

I used to when I had an hour lunch break...but now I only get 1/2 hour. I try to take a brisk walk around the building after I'm done eating--that is when the weather cooperates!

I used to... we had a local gym half a block away from my office, which made it a snap to get in 30 minutes each day, but they closed down. Now I workout either early a.m., or right after work.

I wish!!! I am an RN, and get a half hour for lunch if that! But it would be great to get out and briskly walk outdoors of the hospital when possible. I have to make it happen...

I don't exercise at lunch because I do not want to sweat, then have to shower and re-apply my make-up/ fix my hair back to normal. I think it's cool that some people do it. I also find lunch too short for what I really want to do at gym time.... NOT feel like I have to rush out and back to work.

Definitely -- I'd never fit it all in if I didn't. Plus it gives a real energy boost in the afternoon.

I could but I prefer to take care of my workouts in the early morning, after breakfast and before my snack. This way I have plenty of energy and positive energy to take on the day!
