I keep a workout journal and recently began a food journal. I love my workout journal because it shows me how I have progressed over time and allows me to see what routines I have done and how to change it up!LPM

I keep a workout journal currently! I love it and it helps show my progress with Crossfitting! I am just starting clean eating so I will start a journal of this too! I am looking forward to feeling and seeing some results! :)

I keep my own journal as well as posting on KT. Keeping my own helps me know what works and what doesn't, and how I felt; and posting on KT keeps me accountable!
