def peanut or almond butter, a few pieces of dried fruit (my fav is turkish apricots no sugar added!), or even a small piece of dark chocolate.... all of these work wonders for my sweet tooth!

If I need a treat, I'll have a clean cupcake or cookie, but not often. I do enjoy dark chocolate, and make my own coconut oil fudge... it's wonderful! I've got lots of treats on the recipe page of my site if anyone wants to try them :-)

I love an agave Sandwich Petal, with 1 tbs of no salt almond butter and half a banana, sliced. Spread it on, toss it in the nuker for 30 - 45 seconds, roll it up, and desert is ready!
No Sandwich Petal? Just slice the banana in a bowl, top with little blobs of almond butter and nuke for 25 - 30 seconds. Soooooo yummy!

I take a Jamba Juice Smoothy Packet that you get from the freezer section at the store Mango-a-go-go® instead of adding the required apple juice I use water and a scoop of protein powder. Mix it up in a blender. It like sorbet only better.

I so seldom get a craving for sugar now that I am not eating any whites or preservatives but when I do my current favorite is mahjong dates. Oh my gosh they are so delicious just 2 or 3 do the trick.

I love making a frozen smoothie. I use half a frozen banana, 1/2 tsp pnt btr, scoop of Arbonne's chocolate vegan protein powder, scoop of Arbonne's fibre powder, lots and lots of ice (so it is nice and thick) and water!!!! YUMMY!!! Makes me feel like I am having a milkshake and just sweet enough to cure any cravings.

Frozen banana wedges! It's delicious and the banana melts in the mouth... Bananas are a good source of potassium and have a pretty high GI so a couple of wedges are enough for a nice healthy treat!

frozen berries just slightly thawed. They are really good with just a dash of your favorite wine mixed in! Serve in a beautiful piece of stemware.
