I find gulping down a big glass of water and waiting five minutes. I find that 9 out of 10 times I have either forgot about the treat, or just don't feel hungry anymore.

The interesting thing is, the more I eat clean, the less I want unhealthy food. And on the rare occasion that I see something and want it, I find that one bite is often enough to curb the temptation. It's getting easier and easier to stay on the right path and it really pays off tenfold!

I take a moment and think about how I will feel after. That yucky feeling is not worth having the loaded pizza or sweets. Also the more I eat clean the less and less I crave of the temptation foods.

I know that if I eat all those unhealthy stuff, it is really difficult to exercise and burn them off. It is really not worth it. Now, my son can dangle a french fry in my face and I will tell him, no thank you. :)) It's easy to eat and put on but really tough to work at it and lose the weight. :))
