Let's just say that I just bought the Eat-Clean Diet book yesterday! I have read through it and already purchased very cute cooler, along with a few of the supplements. This is MY adventure and gift to myself before I turn 40!!! I am so excited!

Biggest adventure would be when I moved to Brazil 2 years ago. Still living here now and every day is a new adventure!

I am not much of an adventurer, but living in Italy is kind of like one! I wish I could travel more, but I love finding out about the culture and seeing the things I used to dream of seeing!

lol...well I have never made it 350 miles on a bike which is very impressive...but I just finished an 11 mile bike ride which is a huge accomplishment for someone who sat on a bike a year ago pedaled twice and said I have to get off this thing it hurts...lol. I really didn't want to do that 11 mile ride this morning because I have been sick with a sinus and throat infection all week but my husband pushed me and I am glad I did it. I never would have thought in a million years I would ride my bike somewhere rather than drive. I guess my adventures are just beginning!

A six day, 350 mile bike (as in bicycle, not motorcycle) trip from Grand Rapids MI to Mackinac Island MI. We were fully packed and loaded, carrying our own pup tents, propane burner for cooking, clothing and necessities. We bought groceries each day as we traveled, and we did work up an appetite for sure! We stayed away from heavily traveled roads ... See Morewherever we could, and carefully mapped our route beforehand to make sure we would hit a campsite after putting in anywhere from 50 to 70 miles a day. What a feeling of accomplishment! I would love to do it again someday!
