What will you focus on in your workouts this week?

Surviving! :-) LOL! I'm 9 weeks out from competition, and the workouts are BRUTAL! Reps to failure each time! I'm learning, though, that even my weakness should be appreciated, not just my strength. When I fail, it's because I did it right. Rocking Week 9!! :-)

I have been doing the tri set workouts that focus on your delts. I have recently had 2 people compliment me on my arms. My pushups are getting easier! The article was in the May2011 Oxygen. Thank you

I have a week off and am trying to do my usual weight training and cardio at the gym, but I am adding 4-8 mile walks each day.
