This week I will learn how to continue training for a 1/2 marathon without letting my strength training slip, or my swimming slip. And I will learn how to do this without over training. Oh ... and I need to redesign my web site and create a new recipe this week. Hum, I best get going. : )

I want to really get into reading Tosca's books and applying this lifestyle so that I can be healthier and fit. I want to exercise at least an hour a day. I hope to get plenty of sleep. I need to limit my time on computer so that I can accomplish the goals that I have set for myself.

I'm currently undergoing chemotherapy to treat a breast cancer recurrence. Chemo does a number on me in terms of fatigue and endurance, but my goal is to stay as active and fit as I can. I'm halfway through my scheduled treatments, and I'm still running, lifting weights, and doing yoga. My goal this week? To listen to my body and ramp up my workouts as my energy level increases.

Tosca's advice to 'make the next meal a clean one' helps me.
Had fun sharing ice cream with my kids this weekend but back to the clean life today.
Planning to pack my cooler with 6 mini containers of clean foods every morning .
Resting an injured L forearm so am concentrating on form, form, form.
Tons of water this week.
Learning how to 'mentally' rest my muscles instead of staying in an ever ready bunny state.

This week I want to be back to my former eating and workout habits. I will be in the gym no less than 4 times this week. I will return to my clean eating. I felt so much healthier, less toxic, stronger and overall just felt great. I also need to get back to my regular water intake. I have let my surroundings dictate my eating and exercise. Back to, "It's all about me." Everyone does benefit from that.

Sleep... if my son will allow it! But since he is up at night i'd like to achieve being able to fit in my exercising. I exercise at 4:30am everyday but if he is waking at night a few times then i can't wake up at 3:50am to go exercising! I'd rather exercise in the morning as i really don't want to do it at 8pm at night after he goes down. So exercise is my achievement this week. Cooler one programme... and trying to be a better person in every situation i'm faced with!

I am tired o being fat, and feeling unmotivated. I want to stop the negative self-talk that is 24-7. It's exhausting! I will go to the gym every night after work this week, before a trip to Chicago this weekend. I will ride a bicycle along Lake Michigan, and walk, walk, walk. I'll try to walk by a lot of those restaurants! I want to lose 50 lbs total, have done it before, and need this to be the last time. HELP!

I will go to the gym, three times this week starting this morning. I will continue my second week of eat clean which I have found easier to do then I could have ever expected. I will try at least one cooked recipes from the cook book so I am not totally hooked on chicken and nut butters and become a lazy eat cleaner when it comes to cooking!

My gym would be closing down for redevelopement. So, I would be training at home starting today and for the month of July. I hope that I would be able to train with as much motivation and enthusiam at home as I am at the gym!! :D Shouldn't be much of a problem I think. :P
My friend has done for me a new program that I can train at home using both dumbbells and the TRX suspension trainer. Looking forward to that!! :D
