Of coarse always do! Although just this past two weeks it has been hectic with school + work and have not made it in to the gym as often as I do. And how do I feel? Horribly tired. So I take these past two weeks as a reminder how important is to always keep my exercises as my top priorities!

Yes, I've found the best time to go to the gym is first thing in the morning. Wake up at 5 am, at the gym by 5:30, back home at 6:30 to get the kids ready for school. I do this 4 days per week and carve out time on Saturday or Sunday for a long run.

Yes I have been. I found a great workout partner who will remind me of my commitment if I were to not show up one day. We have fun working out together and it makes the mornings something to look forward to. I also go to bed early so I can wake up at 4:15 for my workout at 5am. If I don't do it then, it won't get done.

I am in constant Marathon training. I have to have a race circled on the calendar to motivate me to train and eat right. Training I can motivate myself to do--I came here to get motivation to eat right. After all, quality in--quality out!

This is my biggest struggle, to adhere to a regular exercise schedule! Taking time for myself is one of my goals in my journey. One way I'm working towards finding time to exercise is my teacher friends and I meet in my classroom for 30 minutes every morning to do a short exercise (sit ups, push ups, wall sits, squats, planks), and three days a week two other teachers and I stay after school and put in a workout tape. I may not get to the gym like I want but at least I'm starting to put "me" first.

I am still working on a workout schedule. I work 12 hr shifts (7a-7p) as a nurse 3 days a week, it is difficult to fit exercise in on those days, I'm tanked after 12 hours of running after patients all day. Any suggestions?? P.S. I am so not a morning person :(

Yes, I have been going to the gym every other day as opposed to certain days of the week. As I prep for a contest this summer, it will probably increase to do the cardio on the non lifting days. For now, it helps me to push myself just that much harder knowing that I won't have to go into the gym the following day...:0)

My workout routine is #1! I stick to my schedule and try to work things in on the days that I workout in the mornings. My family grumbles about it but they adapting to my new lifestyle. If something comes up and I have to alter my schedule I make sure to do a home workout rather than going to the gym.

Yes! Getting to the gym is top priority these days! I cannot wait to feel the after burn, but usually have social days of interference. A couple weeks after working out makes you feel SO strong, and eating clean makes you feel SO confident and motivated!

Yes! In fact this year has been my best year yet. I think my life is more routine based now and super busy. Working out is a priority in that routine because I have made it one.
