I usually will grab a handful of almonds and raisins with a cup of coffee and call it a day. I don't always have the time to break out and make a meal with my two young boys running around. If I can sneak away for a few minutes to eat in peace, I'll make a bowl of high protein cereal with rice milk and I'm set!

Low on energy means lazy to me too. I reach for brown rice, precooked and frozen either by yourself or from TJ's, heat up for 3 min and add cannelini/white beans. FIlling, tasty and clean!

My version of Starbucks Frappe: almond milk, vanilla whey protein, packet of instant coffee, tbs of cocoa, 1/2 banana (for carbs and sweetness) and ice cubes!! Sometimes I use the unsweetened chocolate soy milk!!

I make a smoothie. Vanilla soy milk, fat-free plain yogurt, frozen banana, frozen bllueberries, flax seeds, wheat germ and a tsp of honey.
