I will put my needs first. I'll make sure I have the food that I want and need (my family will also benefit from this). I'll be good to myself by ignoring my negative dialogue and replacing it with a new attitude. I'll keep my eye on the prize-$3000.00 in August :)

NOt sweatin it at all. I've come too far to jeoprodize my health now.. I will have a couple of drinks and a treat... perhaps... Certainly won't be baking as much and will be sure not to keep things around that tempt me. Family are all used to my clean eating habits now and no if they want something different they will have to get it themselves...

Just taking it 1/2 days at a time. I'm just starting so this is what I have to do. As I get to be BFF with the plan then holidays are not so scary, just another day. For now I feel overwhelmed a bit.

Im on day 3 and already thinkin about the christmas holiday cheer! Its difficult, our family tends to celebrate over lots of food and drinks! all sinister and unclean!
At this point I plan to bring clean eating options and make clean choices where availble. The holidays wont de-rail my exercise as it is so important to my day!
I may search for a dry red wine to toast with on our large meal and treat these days as another self improving challenge!!

This is my 2nd week eating clean, but I am challenging myself to 90days for eating clean, working out 45mins cardio 5days a week with 3 days(Mon,Wed, Fri) cardio twice a day for 30 days, and weights three times a week. Eating no bread, sugar, soda, chips, fast food and drinking only water or green/oolong tea everyday. If I can do this for 21days then I know it will last for 90days or more. All I can do is try, LOL!

I've come far enough in my lifestyle , that holidays are no different for me than any other time. My food prep is done once a week, my cooler is packed daily, and my meals are made up of fresh, whole, and healthy foods. I enjoy a treat meal about once a week, so Thanksgiving will be one treat meal, Christmas and New Years are other treats. I won't obsess, because my lifestyle allows me to enjoy. :-) As far as individual foods, I've learned healthier ways to prepare traditional favorites without compromising flavor. :-)

I'm only on my second week of eating clean, but I've learned to plan every meal out. I'm going to start early and really decide on what we are going to be making for holiday food. If it's something new, I plan on trying it our prior to Thanksgiving or Christmas. I also want to take our favorite holiday foods and make them clean!

I am on a personal Eat Clean Challenge for 12 weeks! I started last week and am now on week 2. This challenge will take me through some difficult times and will end the 3rd week of January. I'm hoping I will have a transformed body to be proud of for the new spring and summer season next year.
