I ma not in that age yet but my MOM is and she tells me that it helps to take long showers with luke warm water. She laso enjoys 3-4 either green or herbal tea day. I jsut introduced clena eatinf to her and it is kind of exiting to see her happy. It is a doubel work for me though because I have to translate verything for her but I love it. She is being celan for a month now and lost 7Ibs.

I think maka helps. It helps a to regulate the hormones and provides energy. Then use that energy to run, walk, bike, swim, dance, eliptical, pilates, weights... Whatever, just burn lots of calories ever day and keep your body moving. That and avoid alcohol, those are some bad calories that mess with the hormones.
