Even though I don't work outside of the home I never leave without my cooler bag. I keep a number of foods ready to grab from the fridge and throw into my bag. Greek Yogurt with raspberries and a bit of sweetener today. and I mix a tablespoon of hemp seed with a tablespoon of almond butter and dip my banana or apple in that... oh so good.... I also have several 1 cup containers full of mixed steamed veggies to grab at any time whether I am home or going out.

I don't work outside the home so I don't take a cooler everywhere with me. But when I do I love to take snow peas

Well I just registered today, I saw Tosca Reno today on the Good Morning show and I was so inspired by her, I am 43 and my body has changed so much, gained about 30 pounds more and I can not loose them. I usually bring fruit with me to the office, today I have two apples and 1 manderin orange, I do drink a lot of water thru out the day, but I can not loose the weight. I have read some of the clean diet reciepes and they sound great.

Just packing my cooler for the first time today! I have some raw veggies (green beans, peppers, cucumbers), fruit (kiwi, strawberries), almonds, plain greek yogurt, hard boiled egg whites, and a salad with tuna and balsamic vinegar.
