Hi Ms Reno,I am just curious, being new to your books, etc. I believe whole heartedly in the concept of eating clean protein, vegetables, complex carbs and weeding out the "junk". However, What in the world is the importance or even the need for tofu???? Yucky! What is wrong with just using regular food, albeit clean and organic, ie for dairy or eggs, of course? I'm just wondering why throw that yucky stuff in there at all? I was looking at the chocolate pudding but there is no way I'm doing the tofu. Just would like to hear what the point of it is.Thank you,SusanAnn :)

As we all know, holiday season= alot of food/treats So with that said my goal is to only treat myself on my treat days and not to go overboard with it. I believe it will be difficult BUT its DEFINITELY possible.

I am on my 2nd day of clean eating. My goal for the next 4 weeks is to lose 8 pounds and gain 3.3 pounds of muscle. I'm really new at this and trying to "learn the ropes" so to speak.

I have been eating clean for 2 weeks now. I love it! Managed to stay on the diet through Thanksgiving and fully intend to permanently. I am very rigid with my workout routine and this is such a great compliment to that. My energy level is amazing, which was an issue for me in the past because I am a type 1 diabetic.

My goal is to NOT let myself use the holidays, changes in typical schedule, and time away from home to abandon the program. I am on Day 2 and tend to jump ship if I have one day where I don't eat "perfect". This is a lifestyle change and therefore there will always be disruptions to my daily life. I will stay committed, whether I have a perfect day or a not so perfect day.

I am just two pounds away from my 50 lb goal, so I plan to achieve it and hopefully take off a couple more pounds as well. To get there, I am going to keep eating clean!!!!

My goal is to increase my fresh fruit and vegetable intake. I've noticed I've gotten away from it. So I started yesterday.

My goals are to make sure that I maintain my eating schedule, or have the foods necessary when I am out of the house to avoid outside temptations.
