Well, if I cannot make it to the gym for that day. I may actually just give my body it's needed rest for that day. But if I really want to I can still workout at home with just my dumbbells and bench or with my trx suspension trainer which utilizes your body weight for an amazing workout!! :D

I am usually active anyway..rushing around at 900 miles an hour to do "EVERYTHING" if I should miss a gym day, there has to be a good reason..so I try not to think about it.
