My favorite ab exercises are hanging knee/leg raises, pike on exercise ball, and side planks.

My favorite ways to train my abs are planks, reverse crunches and bicycles. Of course also keep focus on my abs by keeping them contracted when I'm doing my weights and cardio routines.

I use my exercise ball alot for abs, doing crunches and also arms extended on the ground legs out feet on top of the ball and a reverse pull in really works the lower abs. There are so many different ways to work abs on the ball and also tryign to balance challenges the core!!

My favorite way to train my abs, or my favorite exercise is the plank twist. I love this exercise because it trains your ENTIRE core in one exercise!
