The biggest single change that I have experienced is my view of food, my realization and shock with what is in the food that I have been eating, and how easy it is to make things from scratch. I am looking at food in a whole new way thanks to this lifestyle and I wish I had done this sooner!

I have been slowly building up to following all the guidelines over the last two weeks. By following just the basics of eating clean, I have gotten rid of enough water in my tissues that my shoes are not tight and I can visually tell that yes indeed, I still have ankles! I also am able to climb a flight of stairs without becoming short of breath. Let the changes keep coming.

I don't have to go through the constant fight of "I shouldn't eat this. ....but I am going to." and then afterwards, being really hard on myself about my lack of control. knowing the food is bad for me, but not being able to control myself is exhausting, emotionally and physically. I am now at peace in my mind. it feels good to make healthy choices. I feed cravings with clean foods and feel alive and energized after! no guilt. no harsh criticisms, no self hatred. It's beautiful.

I can really tell the difference in my energy level and skin. Losing weight was just a bonus.

I've lost 38 pounds, feel so much better and am aware of what food should do FOR me and TO me.

My immune system, I was always sick before... I caught every cold, flu, and virus going around. Not anymore, in fact i've only been sick once since I started eating clean nearly a year and a half ago.... and it was soooo mild.

Besides looking looking fitter & leaner, with better skin? It would be sleeping better at night. Eating badly really affects my ability to sleep & eating clean not only gives me the energy to work out with more conviction, it makes sleeping a full night much easier. That keeps me in an upward cycle!
