I just completed day 23 and can see that I am slightly reducing and becoming more firm all over in general. I'm glad to see this because it seems with other diets I would always reduce upper body first before my lower body would start to let go of fat.

My legs i walk in thd park every morning when i wore a dress to work i even had a co worker comment on my legs

Just started but am noticing it most in my stomach, not so bloated. But the main place I have noticed it is in my brain! I feel clearer and more focused. Maybe because I am sleeping better - even too well sometimes - and I don't even need the caffeine!

I am just looking for holiday cookie recipies that won't cause the runs like WW cookies do, and If they are low cal and low fat that would be great

My booty. I can tell by the way my pants and skirts fit that my thighs and behind are getting smaller. I think it is a commitment to eating clean and working out. I feel great and I am losing my cravings for junk food.
