Yes, my latest goal is to walk 10,000 steps every day until March 8. I have a log by my bed so I see it in the morning and at night when I log my steps for the day! I also have a post it at work that has my goal weight surrounded by positive action words that will help me get there.

I have a vision board by my home office desk. it reminds me to eat well and lift hard for my bikini competition and it reminds me to work hard to make money so I can attain the things I want in life like moving to warm weather and buying boobs!
You can see my vision board here:

My goal right now is just to be healthy. I want to inspire others by setting an example and showing proof of what clean eating and exercise can produce! I agree that I too have difficult days, but I'm quickly reminded by the discomfort felt very soon after my bad food choices. I am so inspired by Tosca and each of you on this site. My ultimate goal is to look as good as she does when I'm fifty! 15 years and counting....

I do not write my goals down, because they just stand out in my head all day long while making decisions about exercise and food! I do though, keep a complete copy of my food journal and send it to my friend who is also going through her weight loss journey. I find when you write down what you ate, and show people, you have something to be accountable for!

yes I have my monthly goals printed out and posted where i can read them every day. it is my intention to do this all year so i wrote out my yearly goals, monthly goals and broke it down further into weekly goals... it is so empowering to cross things off that list and reach that goal. and i am more commtted when it is written out.

I used to do it all the time. And over the past few years I've gotten away from it. I've started doing it again in January. I need to do it with my Fitness Goals too.
Thanks for the reminder.

On January 1st, I took a permenant marker to my bedroom wall right beside my bed. My goals are the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night.

I carry a Goal Card in my pocket every day. It's a 3x5 note card with my body goals and positive aspirations written on it. When I'm having a trying moment in my day, sometimes even a simple touch of the card reminds me to stay on track with my plans. I got this great idea from one of Tom Venutos books.
