I would like to keep putting on some shapely muscle tone, specifically focusing on my shoulders, back, and legs. This will help me work towards my next BIG fitness goal of completing a chin-up without assistance.

I would like to really FIRM my glutes & hamstrings and put more focus on me. I spend so much time helping others achieve their goals that I tend to put mine on the back burner.

I would like to continue to grow in strength, speed and flexibilty for my ballet class. There are moves at the bar that I can't keep up with right now and I want to keep up by the end of the semester.
