1. My body deserves the respect that being strong and healthy gives it. Too much time has been spent taking it for granted.
2. To be a good example to my daughter, and to make sure I am around for a VERY long time to torment her (ha, ha, ha)
3. To be able to fully embrace what a strong, healthy body is capable of. So many people don't take the time to realize what their body is capable of, nor do we celebrate those things. Each small goal that my body reaches is huge for me! I am finally taking the time to embrace those!

1) Because I deserve to feel good and healthy! I have always taken care of everyone else, but it has done nothing but run me down. Now I am taking care of me and it gives me so much more energy to do for the rest of my family.

2) God always intended that my body be a temple. Now I treat it like it is one. :)

3) I have the cutest grandson ever! I want to see him grow up!
