Life is always busy. Between work, school, a business, family, socializing and social media, I am always on the go. To keep on my clean eating and exercise plan, I do three things: 1) I work out first thing in the morning. It takes the "excuses" out and cuts down on the possibility of skipping it later in the day. 2) I shop for the majority of my food once a month, and am a big freezer! I’ll throw chicken breasts and marinade in Ziploc bags and freeze them for later use. 3) I plan my food for the week each Sunday. That's my day to play with recipes and cook a bunch of food, like an egg white and veggie frittata, quinoa pilaf, brown rice and ground turkey meatballs. That way, I always have food on the go!

I remember the famous quote "keep it simple, stupid". When I am going to have a busy day, week or month....I keep my food preparation to a minimum...I actually call this "naked food"....no time to prepare special sauces or "potions"....so I buy the most freshest choice of meat fruits vegetables, dairy, breads and prepare them sparingly. An example of supper would be a piece of fish and salad with berries & yogurt for desert. My boyfriend will eat this way too when we are busy...supper takes 10 miniute to prepare ...I make extra for lunch the next day. I save my stews and soups for less busy days ....like Sunday.

Well this is a challenge. I am starting school on Tuesday and I plan to make meals for the week and freeze them and keep snack foods in my glove box. As I told another lady who used the glove box, Tosca should have glove box #1 snack in her next book. I also promise to love myself enough to realy care. this way I stay clear of what my body doesn't want.
