GUILTY! Along with that, I can feel the pounds creeping back on and with a feeling of fat just hanging all over me! LOL . I start to crave the bad foods, become dissapointed, then finally down on my self. I have to tell myself get back on track girl!

I really feel tired and irritable. Not a good combo. I also tend to get bloated easier. And then there is always the guilt. Not cool! Gotta stay focused!

I feel sluggish. I have definitely noticed a difference. I have cut way back on my random stress related eating. I really feel great when I eat clean.

I feel disgusted, physcially and mentally, and vow to get right back to eating clean at the next meal!

tired, and I become hard on myself and grumpy with my family. It is true for me that food effects my moods or controls them, when I eat clean I feel like a new person everyday!

Disappointed. I know I can do better. No energy, cravings, moody. The next day in the gym is unbearable.

tired, sluggish, no energy in the gym, and all around BAD!! When I'm not eating clean, I do enjoy tasting things that I don't normally eat, but it makes me crave the healthy, natural foods!

Tired, cranky and I eat everything in sight! It feels like I'm carrying a lump of lead in each shoe. Hurrah for eating clean!
