Iwalk the dogs (we have three), and I like to do a circuit at work, that includes 6' wall, cyclone fence, rope climb and money bars...it keeps me 50 years young!

Running outside. We have lots of parkland close by. Even with traffic & my husband talking to me as we run, it's like a moving meditiation where I can just shut off & move!

I like to bike, swim laps at the pool or go for a walk with my parents. :)

I like to walk/jog around the block. I take my ipod and listen to my favorite playlist.

I like to Run and Bike. I have a 8 month old so I am also pushing or pulling a trailer. When I am out walking my dogs on the path, I add in some walking lunges.

We live on a farm so I like to do circuits of tire lifts, hills sprints, using anything an everything on the farm!

I do a 30 minute walk outside in our neighborhood in the morning for cardio. (I have an 10 month old so pushing the stroller helps). And I love Trudie Styler and James D'Silva's true sculp video, Pure Scuplt. It has 10 minute toning segments so I can do them throughout the day when my son in sleeping. My favorite segment is the arms and lower body. :)

Running outdoors. To me it goes sooo much quicker than running on treadmill.
