Merry Christmas,

Well another year is almost gone, but I am looking forward to the New Year, I decided to enter the Eat Clean Diet, it seems like ever year around the holidays I pack on the pounds..right now I am stuffed...and I am glad the holidays are almost over. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed a quiet Christmas at home, just watching movies...and of course eating...
I hope everyone had a joyous Christmas as well!

My Husband and sons do a lot to make this day special for me since it's my birthday too. We are visiting family for breakfast (I am taking a veggie egg white fritata) and clean ambrosia salad to share. I do know they have birthday cake for later too, and my favorite!
