with wonderful gym bag items such as: itunes card~my favorite over priced shower gel~blindingly white cozy gym socks~girly water bottle~salon price hair products~hot pink little jacket. You get the picture, basically so the whole work out experience is about treating myself well:)

I find that most of my rewards are centered on clean eating, it will either be a new workout outfit or a new clean food. I find that this is something that I find rewarding without derailing my goals.

Usually with some new work out clothes (if my others have gotten to big) or a new outfit that makes me feel good!
