Oatmeal with flax, wheat bran, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and maybe some clean peanut butter or frozen fruit. If I opt for something else in the morning I cant stop thinking of that oatmeal I missed until have it . . which usually happens at a different meal in the day!!

I work in cube land and so the steel cut oatmeal is a must in the morning - I have a hotpot on my desk, so I measure out the oats and add my water and let it cook as I weed through the morning's emails - egg whites with some pepper and salsa are a 2 minute fix in the microwave as well - Nice and quick but it keeps you from eating the keyboard later in the morning :)

I have managed to incorporate oats into my daily menu, also flax and wheat germ. I use them in place of breadcrumbs when I make meat loaf and I put them in my morning oats, after they are cool enough to eat. I have not tried bee pollen yet, I have really bad allergies to ragweed and cedar pollen so I might not be able to use it. I am not sure where to purchase it anyway.
