Well, he doesn't participate nor does he complain that I eat clean.

He will eat something I have prepared from time to time, but more often than not he's reaching for frozen pizza's, fast food quick fixes or a bag of chips.

One thing I noticed is he buys and eats more junk now than he ever has. My trainer calls this "The Silent Rebellion"

In the beginning of my eat clean efforts there were a few occasions he had been brutal tyring to tempt me with things I like... eating them in front of me and saying mmmmm this is soooo good.

I won't deny there was a point where I wanted to smash it in his face, but I'm beyond that now - I have control of my mindset and I know I make my own choices so it no longer phases me.

My husband is the one who turned me on to clean eating and lifting. It really helps that both us have such clean diets especially when were are shopping for groceries.

Sadly my husband does not support my new liefstyle in a tangible way. He is impressed he said but it not open to trying many new things or giving up any of his poor nutrtion choices. I would sure love it if he would come on board.

He supports me and will eat what I cook when he is home or grill things I the way I want to eat them. But, doesn't follow it for himself. He will sometimes say "a few of this snack or that won't kill you. or you can cheat sometimes". He is getting better though. Unfortunately, my 2 young boys are extremely picky and i make them their own meals or they just won't eat. Luckily, they like some veggies and both love fruit. Its the protein that is hard. So, they have whole wheat pasta a lot.

My husband loves eating clean! It has helped his daily restroom habits and widdled down the fat on his belly. He feels great, looks great! He has even started to shop smarter, by buying fresh vegetables and eating whole grains. I couldn't be happier....:)

They (husband & son) eat what I cook...or they don't eat! They have both adapted quite well and have lost some weight along the way. I'm lucky that I don't have picky eateres. My son has his own basket of 'treats' that is off limits to me...he keeps me in check and reminds me that I have lost almost 30 lbs this year do I really want to put weight back on? He is a funny kid and says it in a way that makes me realize that he is just looking out for me!

My husband is very supportive and is also trying to loose weight. The only concern we have with having such a large family is being able to purchase what we need to make it all successful.
