My brother just moved 2 provinces away and is trying to lose weight. I am just new to the eat clean program but have been sharing some of the things I have learned about the clean eating concepts. Today we talked about grocery shopping, what we were each making for supper and what we hope to achieve before his next visit home in April. It's really a win/win when you offer others support. For me, it's gratifying to hear the excitement in his voice as we talk about our progress and motivates me to keep going.

I go and buy extra asparagus, apples, tuna etc... and dole it out. Also when I am asked to bring food for a potluck, I get out my Eat Clean recharged for a recipe that I will feel-good sharing. I'm also hosting a party to create a vision board for the 3rd Annual Eat-Clean Diet Makeover. Any suggestions? Blessings to you and enjoy your sexy body forever!

i always make an effort to assure them that the information i offer is not in judgement but experience. I am so enthused and excited to share all that Clean Eating has tought. i enjoy having an opportunity to share. I always emphesis "pace yourself" and be patient.. this is for the long haul... It is not a race to loose x amount of numbers on the scale... just keep putting good things in your body and doing what you know to do...

Being a personal trainer, I give my clients all the advice I can! I've actually taken some of them grocery shopping. I teach them how to read and understand nutritional labels, and how to make easy eat clean versions of most dishes!
I love my recharged book and have spread my love by lending it out time and again.

Whatever I can! I have purchased books for friends, cooked with them, gone grocery shopping together, passed recipes, whatever it takes!

I actually just helped a dear friend out with this recently. She has struggled with her weight for years. I told her about eating clean and what it meant, then I gave her my beloved copy of The Eat Clean Diet with all my marks, dog ears, and notes in the margins! I also send her text messages and emails to see how she's doing and how all the cooler packing is going along with words of love and encouragement. And in support of me and my continued clean eating, my sweet husband went out and bought me The Eat Clean Diet Recharged! to replace the book I gave to my friend. I'm blessed. :)
