What’s your favorite way to spend time with your friends without focusing on food?

Alot of the guys that come over like to go quadding and be quite active - always doing something, passing the football, quadding, going swimming so its usally lots of fun and most of the times a mini workout without even knowing!

I am part of a really fit community, almost all my friends share the same ideals and goals, and we inspire each other. I have a friend who runs with me each week, another who takes a spin class with me every monday. When we aren't working out, we usually slather on the sunscreen and lay out by the pool or take the kids swimming.
