Over weight and joint pain was making it difficult to enjoy any physical activity. Cleaning up my diet and joining a gym has resulted in a 73 pound weight loss so far. Running, kickboxing and resistance training has transformed my body.

Now I help out with the beginner students at the kickboxing club and am able to enjoy life.

I have a further 10 pounds to go to reach my goal. The Eat Clean Diet has been part of this effort.

The reason I decided to take control and eat clean is because I was getting tired of feeling tired all the time!! I would go to the gym and somewhat eat healthy but not CLEAN!! I wasn't seeing any results from working out and one day my boyfriend suggested that it might be because of my diet, so after buying the EAT CLEAN DIET RECHARGED book I realized that I was making good food choices but there was that 60% of my diet that was "dirty"

It's like that saying" your body is a temple" it's soo true!! How could I keep putting junk into it and expect it to perform the way I wanted it too? Since eatting clean I sleep better, have more endurance in my workouts and my skin is looking better, I'm losing weight and most importantly I feel amazing. Thank you so much Tosca!!

I've always struggled with my weight. McDonalds and I had a personal relationship, not only with me but with my kids. I drank and smoked. I was depressed and bitter, not at all myself. I wanted to lose the weight, find my potential, and be a better example!! After reading your book and a couple other books that were extremely enlightening about our food industry. I went vegan for a couple months and then vegetarian and now pesco-vegetarian. I love eating clean. I've never felt better in my life. I was on and off anti-depressents from age 13 until I changed my diet! And I will never go back! I feel joy and gratitude more than any other feeling, I love being alive! It also greatly affected my children, marriage and social life! People are always wanting to know what I'm doing, what I'm eating, what my meal plans look like, why I'm so bubbly and happy most of the time.. It's amazing!! My life has done a full turn around!! I will never go back to being uninformed and lazy and depressed. I now have the tools to make my life the best I can! :)

The reason that I choose to take control of my health is my children. Children learn by example. There is nothing I want more in life then to have my children live long healthy lives. It is my responsibility to commit to the Eat-Clean Diet lifestyle for their sake.....and for my own.

I am 45 years old and have always been "skinny fat", just didn't know that's what it was called. Now I am not even skinny anymore...
I eat clean "most" of the time and that is my problem! I never quite get lean and muscled. I am 5.6 and weigh 134, but with a big belly!

As I am aging, I realize I accumulate fat around my middle, and lose energy fast! I just feel pudgy!
I want to feel in control, love the way I look and take the challenge to look my best! I want to regain the confidence that comes with feeling lean and muscled!I

I am 41, overweight and I have been a diabetic since I was 6 years old. I haven't always taken care of myself. In September 2010, I signed up for a 90 day exercise boot camp and I learned about clean eating from the instructor. This has been a huge lifestyle change for me! I am now more aware of what I put in my mouth! I am feeling better and I no longer have cravings for junk food. I have lost 25lbs.(have 40 more to lose), I have been taken off of a fluid pill and the amount of insulin that I take has been reduced! I have been buying The Eat-Clean Magazine and following the meal plans. I finally understand that food is for fuel not for comfort!

My whole life I have never been the "skinny" girl in the group. At one point a few years ago i was thinner than I am now - it was a result of the "I just got dumped diet". Now 4 years later i am the heaviest I have ever been. I feel embarrassed about myself. In a bikini, in any clothes actually. I want to feel GREAT! I see my mother's health declining and her frequently in pain, with some sore muscle or another because she is not taking care of her body. It is really hard to watch, but it makes it easier to know I don't want that for myself.

I was an extremely clean eater and exercise enthusiast for over 20 years until I had my son 4 years ago followed by a full hysterectomy. I slowly fell off the wagon with my clean eating although I still continued with my exercise programs, I know that I will not feel healthy or see results if I am not eating clean. I want to be healthy for myself and my family.
