It is always hot in Tampa so I keep an insulated thermos of Ice Water and lemon slices in the car so no matter where I am I can get refreshed.

of course lots of WATER. But I try and sub out with Gatorade ever once in a while. Water can be so blah after awhile. You need to get electrolites back into your body. I also go to the sink and stick my head under the faucet and let the cold water hit the back of my neck

I mix coconut water with spring water in my bottle and carry it with me.

I always have water bottles in the freezer - half full so that I can top off with water. The water stays cold and as the ice melts, I have nice cold water to drink or a cold bottle to rest on the back of my neck.

I keep bottles of water handy to continuously sip; keep workouts indoors in the extreme heat/humidity, and make sure post workout foods are high in the hydration factor as well (easy to do at this time of year with so many fresh fruits!!) And hydration BEFORE working out staves off dehydration during a workout as well---

Water! Water! Water! Of course! I drink tons of water beforehand. I also take a damp wet cloth to pat myself down with periodically. I don't know. It seems to work for me, as far as keeping me cooler.
