TRX !! I love this piece of equipment. Full body workout that you can take anywhere. Travelling? Take the door attachment with you and use it in the hotel. Nice sunny day in the winter? Head outside, hook it up and away you go! Always fun learning to exercises to do with it. Would highly recommend if you haven't tried it to try and get your hands on one..... :-)

Probably dumbbells... but in a pinch I love resistance bands, they're lightweight and travel well and you can workout everything. Plus my 4 year old thinks they're fun to do exTERcise with them!

Barbells a close second would be dumbbells. Great for functional exercises and olympic weight lifting exercises, currently loving deadlifts, they wipe me out!

I love the summit trainer. It shrinks the back end so quickly and is a really good cardio workout. Hanging Ab straps are my next favorite

The Smith machine! I use it to do various exercises for legs, glutes, chest, and shoulders. It helps maintain good form as well! Unfortunately, there's some meatheads at my gym who overstack them and drop the weights, resulting in broken machines... Grrr...

I can,t live without weights,I have a friend who says, muscle on women isn,t right, I lift heavier because I enjoy muscle on me,,my friend uses light weights and she just swings them around,, so she doesn,t like that me and my other friend lift weights,,

I cannot live without a Pull-Up BAR! They are almost extinct in every mainstream gym!

Treadmill - winter and bad road conditions last about 6 months in my town, so it's essential for my running bug. Close second - 15 pound dumbbells.

I cannot live without my television...and my 12 exercise dvds that I use on a daily basis! It's much cheaper than going to the gym and I have a friend that comes over once a week so we get to exercise together and keep each other accountable.

Cables! That machine has changed my life for the better in sooo many ways. And plate weights - ab and bum exercises with a plate are the the best.

I cannot live with a Leg Press !! There is no other machine that works me as hard as a leg press, and it burns some serious calories. I push myself every week with my lift weight, and have moved from pushing 90lbs to 270lbs in a few weeks! The best feeling is when the guys look over and have that "WOW!" look on their face because I press heavier than them. Overall, Leg Press wins for me!
