I am loving the energy I am getting. I don't get sleepy and run down everyday at 3:00. I love that I get to eat a small meal every 3 hours and that I do not have any cravings. I also love all the recipes I am trying and having such variety in my meals. And of course I am loving the way my body is slimming down and getting strong.

I want to feel and look healthy. I want to know that I am fueling my body properly with the food it needs. And, I want to set a great example for the people around me to be healthy too.

I want to be healthy and fit. I do not want to take diet pills to lose the weight this time. I want to achieve a level of fitness that I can maintain with focus and hard work. This lifestyle is the best way I have ever heard of.

Lots of reasons: from having optimum health & high energy levels, to shallow reasons like vanity, pride, fitting into my jeans & liking what I see in the mirror.
