I LOVE CHEESE! I take 6 to 10 healthy wheat thins and use one triangle of laughing chow cheese to spread on them. It's a light snack to hold me over.

Chocolate. I guess I would make it clean by eating dark chocolate in stead.

My clean comfort food changes from time to time... right now it is a scoop of chocolate protein powder, a TBSP of cocoa powder, a little stevia, a splash of almond milk, mix together and add a spoonful of peanut butter... Yummy... A healthy Reese's...

I love toast with almond butter and honey and a cup of earl grey tea. I don't have it all the time but it is my go-to comfort food when I really need it. Today might actually be one of those days.

I love Pizza! I use Ezekiel wraps, topped with sliced Tomatoes, grated Cheese and some Low Fat Mozzarella, then I bake in the oven until cheese melts! Try it out!

Believe it or not, my comfort(clean) food is...a whole grain pita, natural peanut butter, sliced banana and drizzle of fresh honey. Makes all my troubles go away!!
