One of my favorites is to add frozen mango to a basic smoothie mix (milk, yogurt, vanilla protein, etc.) - it tastes like a dreamsicle!

I will sometimes put avocado and bananas together in a smoothie. Splash of maple syrup and fat free plain yogurt. I'll add flax seeds on occasion, if I haven't gotten enough during the day.

This morning I had tofu, plain yogurt, banana and a tsp of maple syrup. Delicious! And very filling.

I vary it up, but when I am craving ice cream I make this amazing smoothie/soft serve.......... Frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, strawberries, plain yogurt, splash of skim milk.... blend it together... and there you have a soft serve healthy treat!
Change it up, add protein powder!
