I've been eating clean and working out consistently. I prepare ahead of time for the week so I have my meals and snacks ready to go, and I've committed to lifting 2x a week along with a mix of cardio. In the last 3 weeks I have lost a total of 9 lbs, down 1% bodyfat, and 1/2 inch around my hips. I've got a ways to go to get as lean and tone as I was before, but I am so excited and motivated by my results. Good job to everyone on here working hard!

I've been working extra hard an started the Jamie Eason program on bodybuilding.com about 4 weeks ago, already down 6 pounds an definitly seeing way more definition especially in my arms!

I started P90X 9 weeks ago and I have seen amazing results. I have lost 22 lbs and I've lost all my baby weight as well as gained muscle definition in my arms, back, legs and core. I love my new body and the amount of energy that I have. I started eating clean 3 months ago and I have never felt better. I have a new love for food and cooking! I love strength training, I love that feeling of making myself stronger inside and out!

I've noticed not only are my clothes falling off me but my body is changing. When I started, I would go for walks and I swear my butt and thighs would jiggle for 30 seconds then catch up with me! Now, I can feel my core, the strength in my abs, hips, glutes and quads when I walk. Things don't jiggle hardly at all and I love that my arms are down to my sides and not "winged" out because of fat being pushed out of my workout bra! :-P It's amazing! 46 lbs gone since May 18th!! Thank you everyone for your support!
